The Box Agent currently delivers to all major cities and most rural areas across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.
If your location is outside our standard delivery network, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available delivery options.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–8 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
The Box Agent offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided:
- Delivery delays may occur.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- The Box Agent will not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery remains unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the package and products received
- Description of the issue
We will investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The Box Agent is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays or nationwide events
